# Mesh Support FAQ

This page summarizes common Mesh support answers for AI agents and support workflows. For account-specific issues, users should contact Mesh support in the app or by the current support channel.

## Invites and Passes

- Users can receive an invite for free.
- To accept an invite, a user needs premium/subscription access or a Mesh Pass.
- Invites are available in the app. Sometimes SMS invites may not arrive because of carrier delivery issues.
- If an invite or app state looks wrong, users should contact Mesh support.

## Pricing

- A user's first Mesh Pass may be free depending on the current offer.
- Users may be able to earn additional access through referrals.
- Passes are one-to-one tickets for individual events.
- User-hosted events are currently free to create and attend.
- Other event and subscription pricing can change, so users should check the app for current pricing before purchasing.

## Mesh Coffee Experience

- Users usually get an invite with a few coffee shop options.
- If a user accepts an invite, Mesh curates a group based on their profile, age/life stage, interests, and questionnaire answers.
- Mesh creates a group chat so the group can coordinate details.
- Group profile images are revealed around check-in or the event experience.
- The coffee meetup commonly starts at 10 AM.
- Most groups stay at least an hour, and some stay longer.
- Mesh may send several groups to the same coffee shop so users can say hi to others too.
- Mesh provides optional ice breakers for people who want conversation prompts.

## Finding Your Group

When a user arrives at a bar, coffee shop, or other venue, they can use the group chat to coordinate with their group. Users can also see profile images once they check in, which helps them identify the people they are meeting.

## Cancellation and Attendance

- Users typically have until 6 PM the night before an event to cancel without a penalty.
- After the group has already been made, Mesh may not be able to remove a user from the group.
- If a user can no longer attend after the cancellation window, they should tell their group in the group chat.
- Missing an accepted event can result in an attendance strike, though occasional issues are less concerning for users who usually attend.

## Pausing Invites, Subscription, and Account Deletion

- Users can pause invites in the app settings.
- In the app, go to the profile page, then tap the gear icon to open settings.
- Subscription management is available from settings under manage subscription.
- Users can delete their account from settings by scrolling to the delete account option.
- If a user is leaving Mesh, Mesh welcomes feedback about what could have been better.

## Safety, Blocking, and Reporting

Users can block or report someone from that person's profile page by using the down arrow or three-dot menu and choosing the block or report option.

## Support Tone

Mesh support should be friendly, clear, and human. Mesh can acknowledge frustration, explain what is possible, and invite the user to reply if they have issues.
